CONDO REMODEL WITH STYLE

Perfectly located in the heart of West Hollywood, this was a surprising unit featuring beautiful architectural elements and a nice layout.

Very good bones but it needed to be freshen up.

We created openings in the wall between the kitchen and the living room, to create a more open living area.

The double height ceiling with the huge window in the living room is definitely a plus and the highlight of this unit.

We decided to emphasize the stairs, the spine of the condo. Going down to the bedrooms and up to the loft and rooftop deck, we got rid of it completely along with the left side wall. It has been replaced with an amazing metal structure with oak steps, protected by a glass wall on the side.
